• Recording the technical building systems and production facilities
• Entering the technical data of the technical building systems into the CAFM system (Computer aided Facility Management)
• Comparison of the actual data in the software with the inventory (optimization of the data inventory)
• Support in the tendering process for technical FM services
• Support in day-to-day business
• Contributing to the optimization of occupational safety processes

• Student (m/f/d) specializing in facility management, supply engineering or building services engineering, civil engineering, architecture or electrical engineering
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
