<\/div><\/div>Your area of responsibility<\/h2><\/div>As an Assistant Service Coordinator (m\/f\/d), your role is to plan and prepare our global service assignments and ensure optimal customer service. Your contributions enable our service staff to achieve their goals and drive the company\u2019s growth. <\/p>\n
\n- You plan and coordinate service assignments worldwide while always maintaining a clear overview<\/li>\n
- You organize and arrange business trips\u2014from start to finish<\/li>\n
- You will provide technical support to our customers and service technicians (domestic and international)<\/li>\n
- You will prepare quotes, follow up on them, and actively participate in sales activities<\/li>\n
- You will be responsible for tool management in the AS3 division<\/li>\n
- You will handle visa-related matters and coordinate occupational health examinations (G-examinations)<\/li>\n
- You will handle general business and administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
This position is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave and will last for the duration of the parental leave (expected to be 3 years).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

- You enjoy working as part of a team, actively contribute, are flexible, can handle pressure, and keep a clear head even in stressful situations<\/li>\n
