“The special thing about training at LEWA is the modern, well-equipped training workshop. The insights and work in the various departments during the departmental rotation are also particularly exciting. Each apprentice gets to know the individual departments of the company for several weeks and has the opportunity to help shape their future career path.”

“As a dual student, I always received a warm welcome in the departments and was given dedicated support from experienced colleagues during my studies. It was particularly great that I was able to co-decide on the specialist focus of the practical phases according to my own interests and thus shape the course of my studies.”
