As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in the further development and strategic orientation of our pump portfolio for applications in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing within LEWA GmbH and the Industrial Flow Division. You will drive innovation, reconcile market needs with technical excellence and contribute to our strategic growth.

Your main tasks include:

• Definition and implementation of product market strategies based on global market trends, customer needs and regulatory developments.
• Responsibility for the entire product life cycle from conception to market launch, including the creation of business cases and technical specifications.
• Promoting cross-divisional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to implement the roadmap priorities.
• Ensuring a strong market position by harmonizing product features with industry-specific requirements and customer expectations.
• Support go-to-market activities through training, campaign input and close collaboration with Communications and Sales.
• Effectively present and communicate product initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production, in particular fluid handling, single-use technologies and downstream processes such as filtration and chromatography, as well as a good understanding of the relevant regulatory framework.
• Experience in product management, technical sales or project management – preferably in an industrial environment or in the life sciences sector.
• Sound commercial and technical know-how, supported by a university degree and extensive experience in strategic thinking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills that enable effective coordination with stakeholders across functions and regions
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage; other language skills are a plus.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with curiosity, flexibility and a drive for continuous improvement.
